So in the email, I tried to let them know why I build this so they can see that I understand their problem, secondly, I linked to the get started page so if they have not they can.
I also want to get them to reply to this email so that next time my emails should land in the inbox, not in the promotions tab.
And in the end, I let them know I will be sending them more emails which I think does help

Subject: Any Trouble Using Blurweb App?
Time: 15 minutes after the previous email
Purpose: Follow up if user-facing any trouble, when customers reply it also improves our emails landing in our inbox so we want people to reply to this email do not send them to raise a ticket or something

Tip: In confrese doing screen sharing can be tough, we always have to worry what might be visible and no way to hide. To solve that problem i have build following application which you must checkout
